Joining a meeting
No. Open the meeting link, type your name and ask to join. The host lets you in.
Recent Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on phones, tablets and computers. There is nothing to install.
Check that your browser is allowed to use the microphone, that the right microphone is chosen, and that you are not muted. On a phone, turn up the media volume.
Hosting
Sign in and choose New meeting, or open your personal room. Share the link or the QR code.
People who ask to join appear at the top of the room. Choose Admit or Deny.
Yes. Make them a co-host from the People panel.
Recordings
Choose Record in the meeting. Everyone sees that recording is on. Your organisation can also record meetings automatically.
To Recordings in your console, with the transcript, once processing finishes — usually a minute or two after the meeting.
Open it and choose Share: name the people who may watch it, or make a link with an optional passcode.
Your account
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and we will email you a link to set a new one.
Open Settings, then Security, and follow the steps with an authenticator app.
Owners and admins open Team in the console and choose Invite people.
